What to expect from MYS 2019
The 29th edition of the iconic Monaco Yacht Show will be held in Port Hercules between Wednesday 25th and Saturday 28th September 2019. But, what we all want to know is, what yachts are attending, what parties are going to be held and what networking opportunities are there?
Getting your day planned
Daily opening times for the show will change this year to create a more pleasant experience for both visitors and exhibitors. The show will be open to visitors between 11:00 and 19:30 daily, closing at 19:00 on Saturday. The later opening time gives exhibitors the chance to organise their day, and meet with colleagues and the media early each morning before welcoming the public.
The 2019 show will offer total immersion into the luxury yachting universe to prospective buyers, key players, social elite and clients alike. They are promising a raft of private parties, cocktails, gala dinners and superyacht visits.
This year the show will attract more than 125 superyachts with a staggering €27 million average value. The average length of the vessels this year will be 75 metres, with the largest being 107 metres long. Some 42 new launches will make their worldwide debut.

Monaco Yacht Show 2019 show will optimise the exhibition layout to provide more fluid circulation around the quays and tents and allow visitors to concentrate on their own sectors of interest. The event will include experiences like:
- The ambient professionalism of the Upper Deck Lounge which, this year will occupy two floors, with the ground floor featuring a luxury brand exhibition, bar and outdoor terrace, and a restaurant and VIP lounge with panoramic views over Port Hercules on the first floor
- The cosy and relaxed Captains & Crew Lounge, this year featuring ‘Afterworks’ – live music captain & crew meetups on the terrace between 17:30 to 19:30 each evening. A full programme of entertainment will be available from August.
- Exceptional exhibition of classic and customised cars and motorcycles on the Car Deck by exhibitors like Ares Design, Brabus, DANTON, Hemmels, Midual, Milan Automotive and Shelby by Gentleman Car
- Fast chase-boats, latest sport tenders, full carbon e-bikes, inflatables, remotely operated underwater vessels and, no doubt, some new toys for 2019 in the “Tenders & Toys” exhibition. You’ll find a full list of exhibitors here.
The show will conclude at 19:00 on Saturday by heralding in the 30th edition in 2020 with each of the 125 superyachts performing a ‘foghorn concert’ echoing around Port Hercules and fading away in the open sea.
